I assist mental health providers and individuals in finding new development pathways through the use of various methods of Bibliotherapy. I work with mental health providers to create a reading list that explores new frontiers and potentials with their clients through active and engaged reading combined with therapeutic techniques.
For individuals, I offer services where reading fosters empathy and awareness of others, transforming how we think, feel, and act. Thereby, we engage with the story and get insight when we recognize or relate to a character or circumstance. Change occurs as a result of understanding.
